About
The Primary purpose and goal of New Albany Links Homeowners Association is to maintain the aesthetic and financial value of the community. This is achieved through daily operational maintenance of the association’s landscape and structures as well as investment into capital improvements.
ROUTINE LAWN CARE
New Albany Links Homeowners Association is comprised of approximately 600 homes that encompass common areas and green spaces throughout the golf course community, which are routinely cared for and maintained by the Association. This includes mowing, fertilization, tree care, edging, mulching and care for any surrounding amenities.
ENTRANCES & TRAILS
The Association owns several entrance features, sections of asphalt walking trails and fences throughout the community that require ongoing maintenance and also partners with the city of New Albany in several of those areas as well.
ONGOING CARE & MAINTENANCE
In addition to the above, the Association also oversees the care and maintenance of two community playgrounds, green space benches, common area trees, landscape lighting and irrigation systems. If you observe damage or issues in those areas, please report it to CPS via their owner portal so repairs or remedies can be made.
BOARD MISSION
The New Albany Links Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors is comprised of five Members. Currently, the Board Members communicate frequently with ongoing management for operations within the community, meeting regularly to discuss our community issues. Residents are encouraged to present initial questions and concerns through the CPS owner portal as they are tasked with most regular maintenance. If it involves an issue that does require additional Board involvement, they will present that for discussion and potential approval.
The Board is comprised of five members. Positions are elected annually for a 1 year term, elected at the annual meeting.
Tricia Segnini, Board President
Shawn Jones, Board Vice President
John Gustafson, Board Trustee
Phil Jones, Board Treasurer
Elizabeth Lumpkin, Board Secretary
